A big thank you to all who helped me with my flow rate problem , it was a calibration problem. I done exactly what luther Said and extended the pole to it's full length. The calibration adjusted itself when I went through the set up. Flow rate spot on now. I've also took out a length of hose and got rid of the female brass connector that attaches to the reel, and I've replaced it with a hozelock fitting.
