Will be tendering for the job in April when the contract finishes.

Funny thing is these guys come from miles away. Hence the large bill.

Custies forget how poor the results are when cleaning with the blade using dirty water rarely clean frames don't scrim the side of glass leaving a dirty line between glass and frame.

is that how you used to clean?shame on you! :o

Some of them don't like them left wet it's true but I think the main thing they don't like is that we can do them twice as quick. They want us to be there longer for our money. Don't know if anyone else has noticed this but comments about them being left wet are often preceded with 'have you finished already'....



Good point.  There is defo an element of this from the custies... the fact that you're not up the ladder or doing it to fast.....
