It will never end mate , i had it today , its unbelievable how i have to explain to the same person every 8 weeks how, all the minerals , and impurities has been removed from the water ................ ............... ......................

Every time oh right .. how much is that then ? after 4 cleans i would think he is gona chill.

Whats the big thing dam it its just window cleaning and your windows are clean ;/

I had this questioned a few days ago.  I've been cleaning there for three years and WFP everything except the front door which I do trad (it's under an open porch).
She has even thanked me for a nice job when sending the cheque.
She was amazed that I leave them wet.  I did tell her that I've always cleaned her windows that way and briefly explained why it works.  She's normally out at work when I clean but I did it on Saturday afternoon this particular time.

I had a guy whose windows  I had been doing for two years (hasten to add  as well he was always in) and had always told me how good a job I had done suddenly complain that I had left them wet. There was no reasoning with him - I had been WFP the whole time I did them as well.  He was binned (the best part being that he had a conny which meant I couldn't do the window above it anyway and then a massive pond right where you would put the ladder to do the other two top windows meaning that the whole rear top floor was inaccessable trad.

I had another more recently who I text the night before to leave the gate open. Usually at work, so when I came to do it didn't realise he was in. Anyway gate open so do the job, just finished when he comes out and tells me that he had left a message on the mobile saying to leave it this time as he had the builders in (no sign of them though LOL). Anyway nothing on mobile, Pays me. Then he asked if he could call me for the next clean (we all know where this is going) so I tell him that is fine. A couple of months pass and I hear nothing. As this was a good paying job and previously no problem I thought I would give them a ring. He then tells me the truth that he doesn't want me back as he wasn't happy as when he came home from work the time before last the windows had been left wet. I asked him if they were clean when they were dry - "oh yes spotless. That's not the issue though, its the fact you left them wet".  I replied "Oh OK then Bye!"  That was a customer I had been cleaning or over 5 years as well : : :

I got a nice big posh house, didnt think much of system but said windows were good after we'd done them.

Couple of cleans down line i get a call (posh voice)"hi we're going to leave the windows as of now, youve always done a wonderful job and we're very grateful but we do live in a private house (private house? arent they all?) so we wont be having them done any more and dont like the windows being left wet"

I was driving at time so said, "ok thanks, bye" and put phone down.

if someone doing it the trditional way and on a rainy day so the windows got wet soon after would they get sacked off.
you can lead a horse to water but you cant make it drink..  I know what I mean

when hubby aint gatting any or wife aint getting what she wants who cops for it? the window cleaner......

Custies forget how poor the results are when cleaning with the blade using dirty water rarely clean frames don't scrim the side of glass leaving a dirty line between glass and frame.

Dont knock trading. Their are just as many crap wfp cleaners out their too.

Cant be bothered to do tops of frames. Rush the job. Spots and runs.

I know because I have seen it first hand and have been asked to clean properties from both wfp + trad guys who just dont clean properly.

One instance I was visiting a person in a nursing home when a very well known company turned up to do the windows. One washed one rinsed. Job done to quick. Results..loads of spots and prominent.

At £1000 a clean for 1 days work you would expect a Rolls Royce job.

Thers me thinking about a trailer system to do wfp and trade and they all moan, dornt do moaning f****  plus ill save 2 grand plus on a trailer.

So the windows are dry in half an hour    I dont think so, come on be honest they are still wet for hours and hours after in winter as water can't evaporate on a cold day & thats why the custy dont like it (painfull but true).

Some of them don't like them left wet it's true but I think the main thing they don't like is that we can do them twice as quick. They want us to be there longer for our money. Don't know if anyone else has noticed this but comments about them being left wet are often preceded with 'have you finished already'....
