The business brings in a £3,000.00 increase every year in new work, it needs someone who is willing to put the hours in for a very good return. No timewasters please am really wanting to sell.

why do people put down window cleaning businesses on a window cleaning forum?

If you had 850,000 to invest would you not like nearly half of that investment back after year 1 or 2 ?
do the maths!
I think it will get snapped up (by uk commercial)
