I really appreciate the kind comments guys.

Anyone can do it!

I started my business in 2003 with £200 and knowone to teach me anything and no forum to ask for help on, I just made it all up as I went along. I had never done a manual job or even been up a ladder untill my first day.

The one thing I am glad of is that right from the start I approached it as a business not a job. IMO that mindset makes all the difference

I always concentrate on 2 things 100% of the time

1 keep the customer happy

2 make as much money as possible

No, read up a few posts

I employ a few people and will be launching my first franchise later this year as well as an online business where other window cleaners can buy new customers

By April I will have 3 separate business all to do with window cleaning

I am interested in the online busiess for buying and selling customers. How will it work?? Is there a link to another thread on here about it??
if it is dirty it is fair game

this is a pilot business for this year and will only be in surrey and sussex as it is costing a small fortune and is new and un-proven.

If successful I have an investor to take it to a national level in 2012 at which time ful details will be given on the forum

 Hi Lee
I dont think you should have bought this car, rather i think you should have invested the money into a leaflet
campaign and maybe into new and innovative marketing campaigns for us! :)

seriously nice one, not much use to me though with two kids and two dogs, looking at discovery

  cheers

Check out my new toy which comes tomorrow!

We have had a very good 12 month period and the accountant gave me the green light to treat myself for my 30th birthday which was in December.

Thats alot of clean windows  ;)
