what about the carpet cleaners who service the lower end of the market???????

or is it all about how much you can stitch the customers up for?

hector

no offense but someone who is in business providing a service should be able to provide a service to all or you are limiting your target customers

None taken, I was not refering to myself, but some of the people out there who do specifically target the lower end of the market, as they believe that all people not just the well off deserve to have clean carpets.

We have just returned from one of our regular customers at Cold Ash (very top end area) and we charge the same price to her as we do to the couple on the benefit system in Thatcham 2 miles away.

Both get exactly the same standard of service. :o

The question was about what is "your" average job ticket, not how much you can stich any one up for.

Who is the real Hector Mildew anyway?

Also could be a red herring, it's like me changing my name (or adding another) and saying that I get good prices from Weston super mare!

Stupid names often have stupid people behind them.

At this time of year I get a lower average but in the next quarter it goes up and then a bit higher and higher, averages are just that I did a job today £59.00 but the job after that was £200 and then another at £155 that puts my average up but my average for last month was £136.45 courtesy of my computer program.
