Upright or flat tank

Looking at a Pure Freedom DIY system at the moment.

Upright or flat-why would you choose one over the other? Ordering a 650l system

lay flat negative. when your water is running out you have more surface to cover so u cant get to the very last bit of water in your tank. ie on a hill. upright negitive. need to strap it in more and cant see into the back of the van. also will have to clim into the back of van to fill up,thats a small prob but will also need a longer transfer hose.ask what other use. i prefer layflat
