water in London
« on: February 07, 2011, 05:06:15 pm »
hi, any ideas where i can get water from to fill up my water - tank. I have an RO unit (720 Merlin) but have recently been told the place I get water from that they have ended my agreement to fill up each day. Live in a flat - so at the moment the only way is to carry down 20 litre drums of water each day (and wait for them to fill up as well - all in all a timely and heavy process + landlord is not going to be best pleased when the water bill comes through..). Any ideas would be great (ie. garden centres?? - only idea that comes to mind at the moment..)- etc. etc.
Cheers,
Rob

London is a big place.
If you are Croydon way, Omnipole sell pure water.

Rob put up your area in which you live and ask if there is anybody on here who may want to sell to you.

Finchley Road. Dont mind buying - but I do have an RO unit to produce it - have tried car washes but been met with a resounding no as they wont be able to keep track of what i use.

Any suggestions on a way to find someone with a house in the area who is not on a meter and can rent me the use of an outdoor tap each day??
