When taking on a post Builders clean,a waiver should be signed! There are many on the net that can be downloaded, cut and pasted. Is that good enough or should it be approved by a Solicitor?

Whatever you choose I'd suggest having a solicitor check it out to make sure you've closed any legal loopholes.
