Ian,

Is this part of your 96 plan?  :)
What do you say to the home owner when they answer the door?
Do you bother delivering flyers before you knock?

Thanks,

Luke
 :) :)

yes LUKE part of the 96 plan lol .... used to deliver leaflets then follow up a few days later but too time consuming for me so now only leave leaflet is no one home.

Dress smart .. knock on door .. look em in the eye and smile and say "Hi do you need a window cleaner ?"

simples ... oh and dont get too close to door as they can feel intimitated by a stranger calling.

if they say yes then price and tell THEM the frequency always aim for once a month or every 4 weeks ... if they ask for every other month stick £2 on top of the 4 weekly price and dont 4get the posh car tax as well  ;D

you should do one or the other or else when you get a big round you will be all over the place, my month means every 4 weeks  ;)

sorry Stan I badly worded that one ..... should have said one or the other ... if I was starting out from scratch every 4 weeks

BMWs and Mercs? That would be half my customers, I've got customers with rollers, bentleys and Astons - they are the worst believe me. If they are savvy enough to have cars like that and the houses to go with it they are not going to take any old flannel off you. Unless they are a footballer or something.
