the bfg

DROPPED 5 THIS WEEK

Well 4 as one is moving house and leaving the area.

the other 4 I took great joy out of dropping them as over the last year they have been absolut pains,    well no more s.h.i.t.e. and onions from them anymore   and I have already picked up 6 cracking jobs and 3 more quotes.


I will let some other w/c pick them up for a clean or two before they dump em as well  :D

We have a 3/4 full round,and now able to start dumping the rubbish,we are also taking a pub to court for none payment,feels
Great to be control,rather than the other way round

about to update George with this weeks new customers ... got 11 to go on then hopefully some more after canvassing later today .. the 11 are ones that have approached the van this week so should be solid quality customers .... however had 1 yesterday who asked for a price so took a look and said same as ur neighbours £10 (try and get a £12 min unless do a neighbours then charge same) thought 10 quid was good price esp as 8 week job she then said she would let me know as was getting quote off another 2 window cleaners !! ... used to being price shopped when i sold cars but never had it b4 on the windows  :o ... she then went on to say did she have to be part of the round or could she just call me when they needed doing so not counting that 1  ;)

after i've put the 11 new ones on going to go thru my current rounds and delete a few but have been deleting them as ive been updating work lists so will be up by end of excercise ... nothing worse than doing a house and wondering if ur going to see payment without a hassle - always got me money eventually but like to get in there ... do job ... get paid .... simples !!

I dropped one of my big contract this week, theres a few places i have to go to, one place is a right faff, people always whinging at me...and they only work in the place!

Well last time they messed around with payment, happens most times actually but this time they especially took the mick.

Thought one more chance. Went other day, pole up on big window, women comes out who has absoulty nothing to do with payment as another company pay for THEIR windows...

"its not the best way of cleaning windows is it bla bla bla"

I just went oh right youve not said anything before and she was going on...she went in, pole came down, reel went in, engine fired up and see you later.

I HATED that job but it was good money...no messers this year.

ive sewn 3 embroidered stars on back of my cap as yet another reminder of the "3 strike rule"

 last week a full blood Indian approached me ,tache,turban etc ,hes a taxi driver,a wily old fox if ever there was one . i gave him a lowish price for his filthy,yet big ,house but no good, he wanted every 3 months . fronts only.  plus i later saw  it has big conserv tagged on the back too ,he really was a fox

was he drawn to me,the 3 stars of the ORIENT on my cap

I have lost one, but i almost fired her off a few times, thankfully she did me a favour and went with another wc , never asked her why as wasnt bothered, turned up on her street monday to see some lads doing it, had a chat with them , theyre doin it £3 cheaper than me :)

picked up aver £80 worth since of good work :)

So - "face, bothered??"
