I tried to tell him Gav , i cant wait to start going past him every 5 mins when i see the bonnet up or the gearbox spread over the road  ;D

the normal wear and tear are on the corners i tend to bring the rubber in to the channel 3mill each side wont get the barking all you have to do is scrim the edge and keep the rubber watered and clean at every window by cleaning it on your sleeve or flick the excess off
