changing from standard to wfp

hi there wonders if any of you guys had an example of a letter for customers when changing from squeege to wfp explaining why water is still on the windows & how it works etc & possibly a method statement for using a wfp ?? would be greatly appriciated thanks.  my e mail is stuart@communityadvertiser.co.uk

Going back a few years now but i personally told each customer the month before i started and i talked wfp up, tell them about all the benifits and how lucky they are to have all this new tech at no extra cost.
