What's good for getting a good result, GG3 or wipe it off first with a cloth  then mop n blade or  what, advise please

Do you mean Windolene?
If so I would wipe it with a cloth to remove most of it and mop and squeegee

Windowlean is that what it is called I don't know, it looks like watered down emulsion

I think it is pva. It is a bonding/glue that is used when plastering I think.
It is water based though

Chris - it should be Windowlene - this will just buff off,  otherwise it may be emulsion ( watered down ) if so
plenty of water will do it.

Yes, I think its this.  Use a t-bar mop and soak the surface, then blade it off, or use wet cloths to remove then dry off.

IT is dilute P V A it painted on walls it seals and reduce the amount of wall used, The part is do not understand why put it on the glass.

I think it`s just Windolene. It`s just to stop people from seeing through the windows.

Just called a painter friend of mine ,Its as I said above its called a Mez cote. it made to stabilize the are to be painted.

PVA, neat or watered down, dries clear or translucent ....... unless it has a colourant added to it, either way you don't paint it on widows as when it is dry it is not really water soluble.
