bus shelter cleaning
« on: January 18, 2011, 02:29:53 pm »
Hi folks

I'm looking for advise on cleaning bus shelters. We are putting forward a tender and I'd really appreciate any advice. What sort of equipment would I need? What chemicals would you recommend and what would you charge per unit? Any other stuff I should I know about?

Cheers

John

You need to consider who will remove the tags, street pizzas, dog and human faeces, sharps, tramps - i could probable think of a few more but my dinners ready !

Message posted at 7.19pm and you're having your dinner? Do you not mean your tea?  ;)

I drink tea - it used to be processed in England but soon it will be polish so I will be able shine my van with it. What time do posh people eat then ?

I've got on to JC DeCaux in the past just down the road in Salford about the paving there is at the shelters. They'd come up a treat but they just can't pay for it.

Does bliteamite mean the paving? or the glass shelters and graffiti?

The latter they do themselves.

Here's what the paving looks like in Gt Manchester.

You'll have to ask them. What did you have for your 'Lunch'?  ;D

Beef and horseradish sandwich eaten in the van whilst driving between jobs - the sour faced trout never even made me a cup of TEA while I was there. I had a cup of TEA when I got home. I thought lunch was something they did with new boats
