Vehicle Card Holders

Does anyone use them? They look like a good idea but I see on their website it says they are not waterproof.

I use them (when I remember to put them on!), they are good and i would say water proof if the van is stationary. got mine off ebay, but think its same firm as advertise on here.

Are they a good idea really?

Would you want people coming to your vehicle when you have thousands of pounds worth of equipment in the back?

I think it could result in more stolen equipment

Cheers A and J, Ive already got signs on my van etc.. just thought these could be a good idea for potential customers to get a business card if they are too shy to ask for one.

I have one on either side of my van, and i put just enough cards in, so i can count how many have been taken.... ( that way the kids cannot pinch many)

but to be honest they only ever get taken when i park in the supermarket car park.

or town centre.

not bad really i suppose,... they are advertised as  not waterproof, but the cards are always dry.
