cut down on potatoes,bread and cut out all white bread/pasta products!!
eat more protein at mealtimes(keeps you fuller for longer)
increase consumption of low fat dairy products(cheese,milk,yogurt)
snack on fruit and veg
plenty of good fats(oily fish,olive oil,nuts etc)
keep biscuits,cakes,pastries to a minimum.
drink tea and coffee in moderation and plenty of water.
avoid greasy fry ups unless its a sunday!!(eat porridge with a banana for breakfast or scrabbled eggs on wholemeal toast)
exercise a bit more
if you take this advice youll loose weight without a shadow of a doubt!!
