The Financial Service Authority (the FSA) including any legacy
organisations formed as a result of the Regulatory Reform activity to take
effect in 2012, is seeking a service provider to cover both their internal
and external Cleaning Service requirements of the FSA estate, for a period
of 3 years from mid 2011 onwards. Any Contract awarded will have the
option to extend for up to a further 2 years (1 + 1).
The buildings required for these services at present are:
— a single tenanted building, circa 42 700 sq metres,
— five office floors located in 1 Canada Square, circa 12 500 sq metres.
Note: All of the above mentioned offices are located within Canary Wharf,
London E14.
The service required will include these locations and at the discretion of
the FSA, any other future additions/changes to the FSA estate.

— you can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer
and seek any clarification,
— note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions
to complete the PQQ/ITT,
— there may be a mixture of online & offline actions for you to perform

SECTION VI: COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Contracting Authority intends to use an eTendering system in this
procurement exercise and reserves the right to use a reverse auction.
The duration of this contract is stated as 60 months. This 60 months is
made up of 36 months with the option to extend for up to another 24
months.
