I know some of you have commercial work..

Simple question...

Did they come to you or did you go to them?

There aren't many contracts in place on the market. Its a case of keep cleaning until they are sick of you. And if you are good you are usually ok unless somebody does it cheaper and can promise the same coverage/service.....I think.

I didn't mean it like. I meant from just 2 replies I can kind of guess most of the replies will be like this. Damn, I'm surprised even us few are on at this time! We're mad you know that!

Came to me - some of them via other window cleaners who aren't equipped with WFP.

Although many will say there commercial came to them , i am one of them

I think if they had actually pursued by calling, mailing , and advertising, websites etc they would find inevitably that more came from that....

If you dont push your name out there then obviously you will only get "word of mouth " referalls

But dont let that stop you targeting it!!! Take the freebies as a nice bonus!!
