Hi rz,

To make sure you are doing everything right I'd speak to a professional.

http://www.lilihunter.com/

If you look at her docs in a box service:

http://www.lilihunter.com/cart.htm

you'll get all the paperwork you need for £150.

Lili has been a great help to me in setting up the employment side of things. It's also good to have a proper qualified employment lawyer on-side should anything go wrong, although I'm sure it wont.

Good luck.

You will be required by law  this year to have a pension provision for them and one way or another  it will cost you money and lots of your time.

Not true.
