What's your tds reading? Are they getting rid of you before you even clean?

print a letter explaining the change, how it works and what to expect. your customers will be grateful.

First cleans, especially when you're unsure of what you're doing can cause a little bit of trouble sometimes since the pure water seems to react with old soap residue; and there are other factors such as oxidised frames (where when you lick your finger and wipe the frame, your finger is white; you'll sometimes see 'milk' running down the glass).

What I sometimes do - on a first clean only - is to quickly, but thoroughly wash the frames and glass on all the windows.

Then I return to the first window and do the glass only.

Alternatively, why not post up which area you live, and ask if some kind soul would let you meet up with them at a job and learn from someone with a little more experience?

And don't lose motivation; WFP does work; just like anything there's more to it than meets the eye.

25 ppm is TOO hight mate! is the resin vessel 1/3 full and how old is the resin in the vessel?
there are many many wfp operators on this forum you will get all the advice you need  ;)

The best advice for the time being is leave your wfp at home until your 100% sure what your doing (from advice on this forum) stick too trad for now!

Best regards g.b

its a ro system, the blue bottle smeels like fish, i cant connect the 3 tubes as it leaks every where, so iv left that off and just hooked the blue bottle up.

im sending it all back now, bn talking to my mate and he said its a pile of junk and to stay with a ladder

Don't send it back.

By July you will be thinking,

"did I really climb ladders all day?"
