l5 heater problem

used my l5 heater Friday without a problem until the last house of the day.
 
pilot light ignites but goes straight out. the gas bottle was brand new so not a problem with the gas.

                     any help l5 users?

sometimes the wind can affect it. had you adjusted the flow rate on l5? best to do it from variflo if so.

no wind today. i have tinkered with the flow rates internal and external. also checked the sensors inside. stumped ???

no regulator ok gas is reaching the l5 unit ??? lot of head sraching today.

have you checked the flue is clear on other heaters if the flue is blocked or sooty it will deprve the pilot light of gas

yea no problems there tbh i only used it for about 4 hours friday worked fine until i tried to fire it up for the last job ...pilot light just wont stay lit

You have 3 metal prongs sticking out into the flame,.. 2 spark & 1 is a sensor. Make sure the sensor is right in the flame & getting hot quickly, otherwise the heater thinks ignition has failed and cuts the gas,..

water flow is to low especially end of day
