you could have a look around the net,I have 75 gpd R/O with a DI and it will produce about 250 ltrs in 24 hours for about 100 pounds would be a start and you might not need more that when starting out and upgrade when you need to.

CJ when I setup a few people recommended to me to take a look at johnhewitt.com. There are RO systems on there at good prices.
