Cotton Roam blind on site cleaning

I have been asked to do 3 roman blinds on site, fabric is 100% cotton, am told they are not very diry. Would I be able to sprespray and then rinse with extractore and (cfr) hand upholstery tool?
Has anyone any experience of this please?
Any idea what to charge? (Probably be free to charge any reasonable hourly rate but suggestions welcome.
