III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are
met: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the Member State in
which he is established to the effect that the supplier has fulfilled
obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions in
accordance with the legal provisions of the relevant State in which he is
established or declaration on oath or solemn declaration.
Certificate issued by the competent authority in the Member State in which
he is established to the effect that the contractor has fulfilled his
obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal
provisions of the country in which he is established or declaration on
oath or solemn declaration.
Certificate of enrolment on the professional or trade register under the
conditions laid down by the laws of the Member State in which he is

Service providers will be authorised to write the classes of insurance
listed within the EC Member states subject to English/Welsh law and
jurisdiction of the English/Welsh Courts.

appropriate insurance regulatory authority indicating the types of
insurance the insurer is authorised to provide and must comply with
Department of Trade and Industry regulations.
