I was using it last monday but to be fair your outdoors so inhaling it isnt a problem,im sure not to many of you are drinking to much of it?? if you use a bucket on a belt the skin contact is only really from your detailing cloth so the only real problem is flicking it in your eyes so bang some specs on.

I must say i did flick some in my eye and it was no worse than neat vosene burning my retna!! after 3 hour the pain wasnt to bad

blimey ive been using screen wash, not sure if im gonna use it anymore though, but then i want be able to work at all!!??!!?!?!?!?!

I had a mate in NI get into trouble; he was a Snatch driver (lightly armoured landrover) and one of his windscreen washer jets was twisted around, so that when he wanted a jet of screen wash, the screen wash shot outwards and to the left, instead of at his windscreen.

For a laugh, while stopped at some traffic lights, he activated the screen wash lever and it hit some bloke who looked like Grizzly Adams.  Grizzly Adams looked up and saw the guy on top cover and thought he'd just been spat at by him and hurled a load of abuse at the guy (who didn't have a clue what was going on).

Later, my mate did the same trick to some woman, but unfortunately the screen wash jet hit her in the eye and she ended up in accident and emergency, and my mate got into a whole load of trouble.

Screenwash in your eyes isn't good.

Maybe so, but I wonder how many people smoke! Thats quite dangerous to health, still people do it.

i was going to use a rag soaked in screenwash to wipe on my ladder rungs, not sure what to use instead?  when i started work today all my ladder had a film of ice on it . i brushed some off it off the rungs with a scrim but i want to do it better as my ladder never  thawed  out although i worked allrite by using my shoe instep on the rungs

ive been using it today and its allowed me to work a few hours.i wear gloves and make sure i dont get any on my hands while dipping my mop in the bucket.

chopsie stop scaremainering mate!there are a lot of things that are harmful to us just put some in ya bucket and get some work done!!

All chemicals come with risks, if you read all data sheets warnings you would use water for every thing, even then by the time you were brain washed by some suppliers you would worry about legionella.

I was only putting up what i had seen written on my screen wash barrel this morning. I thought people were going on about using anti freeze and how dangerous it is. But screen wash could be as bad.
Do not want to scare you, make your own choices, Just better if they are informed choices

Keeping in mind anti freeze will strip the paint off a car body its not really a fair comparison? and as stated every chemical used in cleaning warns of all those same things but they get used daily.
