As title..they are based in london they do commercial property maintenence etc.  I am quoting for communal windows on some flats. just wondered if anyone does anything for them, are they good payers etc? many thanks, Dan.

Dan,they started off a in Fareham,Hants where i'm from and they were just a small window cleaning firm. They bought up alot of small businesses and are now very big. I know a few lads who have worked for them in the past and they were a bit slap dash,get the job done and get paid. Are you tendering for them as they do employ loads of window cleaners down here still? They clean domestic too as i picked up a large property off of them years ago.

yes luther they are looking after a few propertys up my way and its too far for them to do it themselves so have asked me to price communal windows in and out on ten blocks of flats. just dont want to do a days work for someone and possibly not get paid. saying that the chap i spoke to sounded very nice.

my cousis lived in fareham for years eastern parade near the creek but are in gosport now

They're a proper firm Dan and i've certainly never heard anyone moan about them paying. I imagine normal business payment terms apply,30-40 days on account etc. Your cousins now live in Turk town then?

yeh went down there beginning of sept saw someone selling an eastern trading guttervac and generator on ebay. I rang the guy up and it was my cousin! that was pretty weird. got a good price and a night on the beer with my cousins, back home the next day

A night out in Gosport,living the dream! Is your cousin a window cleaner? Theres still an old boy who does the shop fronts in Gosport who has a push bike with his ladders in the side car!

BEAUTIFUL!  went out in port solent, yeh guy up this way wears white painter and decorator overalls and takes his ladders round on a bike  health and safety nightmare!
