Two Man Hot on Demand System
« on: December 05, 2010, 08:55:55 pm »
I'd like your thoughts on this.I've had an on demand system for over three years.About a year ago i switched it to a two man system.Other two man systems i've seen use two heaters whereas i use one.

The set up is tank -heater- and then hot exit splitting for two seperate pumps and varistreams. In other words the preheated water is going through the pumps as apposed to the pump being before the heater as with the one man system.

There are a couple of issues. Firstly i have always used car heater hose after the heater, and have never found anything other than this that is up to the job.If you know of a half inch hose or better method please tell me.The car hose does not like hoselock fittings or tee pieces inserted.

The Heater has to be low down because gravity needs to help it.

As stated i have run this for over a year and it's pretty good, but i feel there may be a better way.Any thoughts?

You can buy half inch reinforced hot water hose from ebay, costs about 1.50 per metre.
Been using this myself for 2 years without any problems. Its whats used in caravans.
