Hi all
im trying to look for a staff clocking in and out system and i do not know the name of it to google it.
Its a system whereby they use the clients phone to clock in and out and I programme it my end so if they fail to clock in or are late then the system sends me a text/email.
I can then print off the reports for payroll etc.
Anyone using this system ?

I've been searching everywhere for a system like this - I'm not even sure it exists. All of the systems I've seen are capable of sending an e mail or can be tracked on the web but that's not much use to me if I have a supervisor whose access to information is mobile phone.
I've got round it by issuing Blackberries to supervisors and using a web based system called Ezitracker but it's an imperfect solution.

Try
www.iqtimecard.uniqueiq.co.uk
. This is a web based system but sends you either an email alert or a text alert, you choose.
If you like the look send me an email for a demo at
