If i lived there i would let you do the 2nd floor wfp but otherwise i would want the trad approach, i dont think these sash windows suit wfp.

If i went to quote i would also want to do it trad and wfp 2nd storey, definitely definitely trad and having the insides to do means the outsides have got to be right.

I`ll just work out a price.

Modified my post to put in a price £68

what makes you say, that these windows dont suit wfp ???

i use an unger square brush, but i was thinking if you only had a rounded edge brush you would not get in the corner on these sash type windows!?

does anyone agree?

You need to work on your technique mate. Why does it take you 4 minutes to do one window WFP?

£55 or so in and out.

That place'd take about 20 minutes on the outside, or have I missed a 3,000 square foot conservatory?  You boys!

I see 16 windows, are you lot charging £2.00 a window now?? ?? ?? ??
i was going to say £50 at tops but with the hammering you have got for saying £55 then i better shut up ;D

Theyre amateurs Trevor thats their problem. I can live with their beatings anyway, water off a ducks back  ;D

Would charge £80.00 as I counted about twenty windows and that includes the roof light and plus two doors so about 22 to be cleaned.  ;D ;D

ok maybe i was a bit high with the price and time but i reckon there is no way you could clean them in and out in an hour comfortably!2 hours max inclu set up and driving away.so £70.dont forget you have to drive to your next job!you dont want to be working for less than £30 an hour on posh houses like these IMO.

dont forget they re on a 12 weekly so they will be dirty esp with the trees and ivy around the property.
price higher/work harder!
