one of my biggest concerns is the water falling to the ground and freezing.
if someone slips on it i could be liable.
If you have a range of work, plan so that you clean the properties where this won't cause a problem. For example we're doing a pub this morning and I'll use a backpack (no freezing problems) for most of the windows because the water will fall onto a grassed area.
But the Georgian doors, I'll trad, since I don't want water to freeze at the entrances and cause a slip hazard. I've then got a clutch of bungalows we'll do trad.
Next week I've two large offices due; inside and out; and I plan to clean the insides only if it's too cold to WFP them; so that when it warms up I can just return and splash water everywhere (the insides are the difficult bit with desks everywhere).
Given that we don't know how long this cold snap will last (or does anyone?), it's best to do what you can, when you can.
