does it pump hot water through the whole wfp system or just heats up the unit?

yo plug the hose back in to the top of the tank so it circulates through the hoses and the hole system to stop it freezing

The concept2o system needs 2.5 litres a minute to run hot. Does that put you off using it?

For those who doubt hot i will give you a comparison from today.

2 x vivaros. one with a cold system and one with a hot.

hot system had been drained and fired up straight away and worked fine

cold system had been drained and wouldn't work. i thought that even if it did get going it wouldn't work for long as its -3

i spoke with another local window cleaner to see how he was getting on as he was out with his cold system. he didn't get to do one house as his water had froze.

My hot system has been out working all day and will get a full days work in.

So the moral of the story is 4 more days like this the hot system would of paid for itself

I'm so glad i got it ;)

You got yours from PF didn't you? What's the rough price for an add on for 2 man fitted, as the prices on the website are supply only? I have a Tucker system i want to put hot on now.

i had mine fitted with a 800 litre delivery so i only got charged 2500 i think mine was worked into the price of the cold system.

4200 all in for a 800 litre hot delivery (minus the di) i think is pretty good.

i think its about 3000 for just the hot add on fitted someone said. seems similar price to the varitech i think.

true a hot water system would allow you to work , when a cold water system would freeze,
but what about water freezing on the ground when the temp is below feezing, what if some one slipped and then sued you , i use a  cold system  it is not froze , but will not work today for the above reasons.
