Well, having read the interested topics coverd thus far ONLY on this thread I can say with much assurance I am in the right place. It seems to me if any country has an edge on tips, methods, solutions and tools,for window cleaning then the U.K.  has it.

I do not remember if I stated my name but it is also Philip. My friends call me Phil.
