employee contracts

wondering how people go about getting a decent employee contract made up that covers them as much as possible. in desperate need of one but not sure where to start to get a decent one that'll be tailored for cleaning.

But with all honesty you should have either A HR department or legal solicitor write one for you as your requirements will be different from mine.

We use a dedicated HR Company for all such things. We tell them what we want (often starting with an initial draft), bounce a few things back and forth until job done.
