I have two tips.

1. In the current economic climate, be grateful that you have the customers you have.
2. Don't take it for granted that you will get extra 'tips' at this time of the year. It is a gift from 
    the customer, not your God-given right to receive.

i agree john although i usually get £500 plus altogether.i have done for the last few years but better to expect nothing then anything is a bonus.

got £90 up to now.
price higher/work harder!
