Basic carpet/Upholstery cleaning
« on: November 24, 2010, 04:49:35 pm »
Is there a course on the above subject where that Paul Pea is not the teacher ?

think he's a top bloke who really know s his onions but I want to send 1 of my lads on a course that is not been run by him so he can get taught from a different angle.

Ive looked about but cant really see anything over here and sending him to states is a NO .

Ashbys do an Upholstery course taught by Derek Ashby who is very knowledgable.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

What about that guy who everyone was on about earlier in the North West teaching Ninja carpet cleaning?

What are you lot on about?

If you look I was one of the first to post and suggested Derek Ashby.

It was only when someone said something about same old same old I thought of that recent thread and someone saying he was a bit of a maverick.

thats just it !
I know a CCer who did JB's course and said he was a top bloke etc etc but Im looking for a course with a bit of maybe yank-ish bravado to it, not so by the numbers something out of the box with all the little hints and tips that we pick up on the way that you dont learn from the USUAL course/s
the Lad I want to on is 20 and has done 6 months with me and around 45 jobs alone and is ready for a shadow while Im dealing with other side of the biz .

You won't get that on an official course though Ricky because they need to cover their backsides. Surely someone on here near you with a lot of experience could take you lad out for a day (and hopefully he will come back  ;D) That would be your best bet mate.
