More to " life " than meets the eye. Being positive is obviously better than being negative and understanding about rates of vibration ( which involves all matter ) helps you understand a little about physics.

I gave up on the video after a minute, but it sounded like many things I'd come across over the past 50 years which basically suggest having a positive attitude can apparently make things happen, just as being negative will result in things not happening, eg, I daren't put up my prices in case I lose all my customers.

As opposed to " I will increase my prices and gain more than I'll lose "
