i always go for around £30 a side (front or back)

so for example: front £30 back £30 then £10 per down pipe and say another £10 for garage.

thats on a min charge aswell and thats wfp the gutter and fascia.

Regards clearing it out i charge £10 to do a 'gutter health check' this is basically me going up a ladder checking what needs clearing and that the downpipes are not blocked and so on.

Once done the check i would work out how long it would take to clear and charge for time.

Charge by the metre and you will have fairly consistent pricing for different types of property. That way when you get an enquiry, you can tell the customer roughly how much it will cost.

so it gutter clearing, not cleaning. The kit needed seems expensive as just an add on to my business, I too would be interested as to what people charge

Domestic £3-£4 per metre----Commercial £5-£6 per metre , downspouts cleared £15,,,, i have the omnivac system

Had a guy ring today looking for a quote for the front of a terrace approx 10 mile trip, quoted £45 said he had already been quoted £15  i  explained the pitfalls of an uninsured operator on his property  he wasnt interested said he was willing to take the risk.
For him to ring me shows he wasnt happy with £15....
Picked up around £1200 worth of gutter cleaning today - omnivac is now bearing fruit.
Price up Gutters according to how you percieve your business image
