About the Opportunity:
The Builders Clean package consists of the following.
1) Sparkle clean of all concrete floors, steps, treads, and stairs painted and unpainted
2) Sparkle clean or vacuum of all soft floor finishes
3) Sparkle clean of all ceramic floor and wall tiling
4) Remove all remaining lightweight protection to stainless steel and powder coated metals
5) Vacuum and wipe clean all mechanical and electrical installations and connections such as AHU's ductwork,
pipework, containment etc
6) Vacuum clean timber track inclusive of a wipe clean of timber cappings and vertical boards to timber track
upstand
7) Sparkle clean all staircases, balustrades, lifts, mirrors, sanitaryware, blockwork, toilet cubicle systems,
doorsets etc
Sparkle clean all sections of glazed curtain wall, entrance doors, louvers and the like (including inside and
outside faces)
