Yeah thats right i did put it another post crystal, if you email me i will send you a copy ( i've just re drafted it as it happens) don't care if you copy it or not m8, i started doing it with all new residential custies cos the same thing was happening to me and also so i could guarantee myself a minimum amount of revenue from each new customer.
