what do most of you do when your house cleaning customers go on holiday?do they still pay? I have about 3 customers who cancel their service on the school holidays and other holidays throughout the year which means i can't make up the money on that time slot unless it's a one off clean. I just wondered how everyone else deals with this?any advice would be great

Hi Tabitha
Here's the wording on our service;
What to do if ...
You are away and don’t need us for a few weeks.
Contact us as soon its confirmed with at least 3 full working days notice and we’ll suspend our services at no charge until you need us again.
You need to cancel/change the time or day we clean.
Contact us with at least three full working days notice and we’ll do our best to reschedule your preference.
You can’t be there when we arrive.
We operate a free fully-insured secure key-holding service so we can still fulfill our duties to you.
Hope this helps
