Update;
Thank goodness the path of the storm changed a good bit.
Never can tell about mother nature; thanks for the kind words;
I understand what you meant Graham; the sensationalism of the storm was almost like a sporting event. No offense taken.
How you stated it could be interpreted in another way; but I have read enough of your posts to know that you are not evil.
Weird? maybe (only kidding; really
) We are all weird in our own ways.
That's because we are HUMAN BEINGS!
I do not think anyone on this forum would be entertained by watching people get hurt or property destroyed.
Gringo; there has been a lot of loss in Louisianna; imagine beginning your home town from scratch again.
I have never been to Louissiana but I know that New Orleans had a large poverty area.
My hope is that the people that had nothing going for themselves will have a fresh start in life whether it be in Louissiana or wherever.
The government is providing lots of assistance. Thanks Ian for tolerating this post. You do a good job. Especially for the pay!
Again; thanks for the support. We all have to stick together. "The party is at Debbie's house".
Hugs,
Debbie
