if you want cheap ones looking in pubs, but if that don't work the Job Centre

the best place to get a good window cleaner would to poach him from a good window cleaning firm but he will expect a decent wage if he is good.

Try networking with the locals and find an honest young lad who needs a helping start but finding part time staff will never be easy

all depends on what type of worker do you want,  do you want a bloke who is just a second man on ur van who doesnt do any collecting or any thing, just cleans windows,  these can be cheap  try a student a few days a week,  or some one who will run ur business whilst u sit at home,  this will prob cost you money

It will be part time 1st but quickly full time then full contract at 0 hours fully employed is the gaol

i am not after a cheap person in the pub, not sure about the job center maybe ill try it.

ill be offering good money

Get yourself a hard working Bulgarian, there are lot's in London, currently working as window cleaners, they start at about 70 pounds a day, and come fully trained and will work all hours.
