if the down stairs owner has a window cleaner ask him for his phone number and sell the upstairs flat to him for 10 x you   :D  ;D

Just clean them; anyone saying it's too much hassle is bonkers; clean the windows; if the people downstairs moan apologise and offer to clean them if they're dirty or rince them if they have a cleaner.

tell the potential customer... i dont do flats.     
 saves alot of hassle.

thats what i would say.

waste of time doing one flat!!!

iv got sum flats that have a windy who used to do up but just stoped doing up and only down now its an old chapel with 36 foot to top , ;D ;D
