Anyone bought a round from ebay ?
« on: October 12, 2010, 12:00:21 am »
I have looked at lots of rounds on ebay and asked the usual questions about the business but youd think I was asking them to complete a questionnaire entering mensa !

Usual answers are " Dunno guv takes 3 of us 4 days but dont work all day but summer is good days
Pay us cash on the day "

i would never buy a round on ebay, you could end up paying london prices fiver a pint , and the lager will probably be flat when it arrives , stick to your local ;)

I got one on ebay once,.. the fool had advertised it in the wrong section & I was the only bidder,.. got it for £1!

Unsurprisingly the guy refused to hand it over,...

I asked his bro about it but he doesnt know either. When i asked craig (his bro) he just started laughing and said it wouldnt surprise him. It probably was mate, but st helens is a funny place alot of cowboy window cleaners....not saying platinum is 1 by any means but i think he is just trying to make a quick buck. I know lads that have bought off him and everything has been fine. I got a round off his bro for 7.5k and its grew just like he said, everythings brilliant!
