I take it that you are referring too cc

They will more than likely to ask you will the satins, wear, staples, blue tack.  Come out? Be as candid as you can.

My questions

How often is vacuumed (remember it’s commercial so not a true vacuum just spotted :o) when was it last cleaned (don’t believe them add a few years :'() and by what method (that will give you a bit of insight)

Offer them a demo on the worst bit of it  ;)

It went well thank you, a large area if carpet to be deep cleaned and also plastic type flooring which they want cleaned. I haven't got any experience in this type of cleaning, it requires striping, cleaning and sealing. So I will be researching this, this weekend.

I've also picked up quoting for a resturant with sawgrass type carpet with a rubber backing and badly stained with red wine and food spills.

Thank you for asking about today. Hope your busy and doing well.
Regards
Jim

Hi Jim,

If using HWE on Seagrass flooring use extreme caution, a very long and hugely successful once told me ''if it rains outside that stuff shrinks''.

Good luck.

Simon.

You can forget the seagrass, you won't get stains out like red wine, in fact you can only really 'clean' it with LM methods. You would have to tell them before hand that it won't look much better. If you HWE it as said above it will shrink, possibly look a lot worse and you have an insurance claim on your hands.

Other than that you seem to be doing well with the commercial, keep plugging away is the key as len says. Good luck.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.
