Cheers John, I got it today when at work so I couldnt reply at the time.
I have to decide what I am going to do about this. I need to buy a new van too so I'll get the van first, then get into the training.

I've done quite a few

and a few whole commercial kitchen cleans.

Ah I see.

Well for the deep commercial cleans I would not use the caustic cleaners. We use steam cleaners for that. Otherwise you wont get out the building at all.
