Is it a good idea to blame Wintecs at this stage? Quite a serious allegation there. Doubt if it's fraud more like computer error - could be something as simple as clicking 'send' twice when ordering.

If you read his other thread about cloned cards
you would see its not the first time Wintecs have been involved in this sort of thing.
Not blaming the company but something sure is wrong there

thats what i mean,  for a small company to have so many problems,  if it was asda u might expect a few   but not a compnay the size of wintecs

I ordered yesterday, delivered today. Just checked my bank account all is fine.  Never had a problem with them and have used them many times over the years.

All these people with a couple of posts coming on saying they have bought stuff with no problems is hilarious.

Blue monkey is just trying to warn people that there is a high likelihood that "some" people have had their credit cards cloned after buying from them. I don't know hm, but I'm certain he has no personal vendetta against them. He is doing us all a favour by putting out a warning.

Well said. And I'm really sorry that this has happened in the first place. But it does sound incredibly suspect of the mentioned companys payment security system or an insider. :-(

something like this should be taken up directly with the company concerned and let them deal with the problem i use them but dont know the people who run it
airing your views over this forum could ruin them
im sure they would treat the issues they seem to be having as a priority and imform the filth banks etc and sort it
if they dont it then may be a different matter
but there are some  clued up devious f===ck==rs out there
internet fraud is rife everywhere

i did take it up with them, and all i got was it cant be us we check our system 4 times a day,   i only assumed it was them from the info the bank give me about a payment for the same amount being sent to a different place at the time wintecs processed a order and then i get betfair trying to get money off me

it might not be wintecs, but there is too many wc having problems after using there card there

i havent got a problem with wintecs,  just trying to warn people as was lucky the money that went missing didnt effect me,

Seems like a member of staff there has a bad gambling addiction. Add that to having hundreds of card details to hand and it isn't going to end well.

I have dealt with Mark Robbins at wintecs since they first started.
I have always found him to be a totally decent, honorable, and obliging guy.
If you speak to him explaining the exact circumstances, he will I am sure try and look at all the angles from his end.
No reputable company, and in my opinion Wintecs is just that, can afford to allow this kind of thing to happen, it could put him out of business.
I have always found their service second to none, and I hasten to add I have no connection with this company whatsoever.

i contacted them and got told it wasnt there system as they check it, i will phone them again to moz, but i dont think it will do any good,

there reputation isnt being smashed to bits, there are people saying that they have never had a problem, and we could just be unlucky,

its getting to the point where u cant say any thing bad about anything on here,

there business and reputation is being smashed to bits on here!!! ?

Thats not happening for starters on here.

Do you really think us oiks, on CIU, that represent a measely 1% of window cleaners in the UK are seriously going to affect Wintecs reputation.

What about the other 99%?
