my debit card has been cloned does this sound familiar.
Checked my account today and £600 has been taken and guess what I purchased something from wintecs on last thursday.
This can not be coincidence...
I will be talking to them asap. already spoken to the bank so its sorted with them.

Why havnt wintecs been on to defend their company?

3 days now and still no comment. The silence is deafening imo...

yes all my money went to betfair, I have used and trust the wintecs guys ang gals.
Not saying its them directly but I would say their site has been compromised by a third party.

I'm getting my money back within 24 hours which is good news..

i was going paranoid thinking i was making it up

i might not be them, i was speaking to a computer nerd to day   who was telling me  that even if they check there system  if they aint looking for a certain program then they will not find it   sort of like a virus checker  and a lot of the time it could be the clearing house they use, but they have to get the info from wintecs,

It takes much much more than a virus scanner to search for a hacked payment system. Hackers these days are very good at hiding the fraud trail...

That is, of course, unless it's an insider.
