Personal accident insurance

Just got a house call from Combined insurance company of America

I had a poicy of theirs about 10 yrs ago

Has anyone else out there used them and how were they for claiming following accidents

 beware not great policies.{i worked for cica and american life many moons ago..you can get better for your money.i took an ap through the aa .i also claimed off it after breaking my foot .i had 6 months off and was paid from day 1 .
